Shipping & tracking — what to expect
From confirmed order to delivered package, and how to follow it along the way.
Once your order is confirmed and its lot is released, we prepare it for shipment.
Order to delivery
- Processing — we confirm stock against a released lot and pack your order.
- Handed to the carrier — you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as a label is created.
- In transit — follow the tracking link for the latest carrier scans.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number appears in your account under your order history, and in the shipping confirmation email. Carrier scans can take a business day to appear after a label is created.
If something looks wrong
If tracking stalls, or a package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will help sort it out.
