Apply for a research organization account

For laboratories, universities, and companies that buy research materials as an organization rather than as an individual. Ordinary individual accounts are unaffected — sign up normally if that is what you need.

How this works

You tell us about the organization and the research the materials are for.
Your application is recorded as submitted. Nothing is approved automatically — a member of our team reviews every application by hand.
The reviewer approves it, declines it with a reason you can read, or asks you for more information.
You follow the outcome under Your account → Organization.

What verification unlocks. The storefront remains unchanged while an application is open. After approval and assignment to a contract price book, signed-in organization members automatically receive wholesale prices, quantity breaks, case-pack ordering, and the book's order minimum in their cart. No discount code is required.

Whoever submits the application becomes the organization's buyer admin: the person who can add colleagues and approve purchases. Colleagues added later as procurement users can build carts and raise purchase requests but hold no payment authority.

An application is tied to your login, so you can follow its status and act for the organization once it is approved.
